Here's what you need to know.
How much funding will I receive, and what are the terms?

If selected for investment, you will receive $400,000 in funding minus program fee at the end of the program. This investment is structured in two parts:

  • $125,000 for 10% equity
  • $275,000 via an uncapped SAFE with a Most Favored Nation (MFN) clause

An uncapped SAFE with MFN means that our SAFE investment does not have a valuation cap. Instead, we receive the same terms as the most favorable investor in your next priced round, ensuring you get flexibility on valuation in future funding rounds and the best possible deal—all while securing early capital.

We also charge a program fee of $40,000, which is deducted from the total investment amount. This covers mentorship, access to technical resources, and investor connections—ensuring the program delivers maximum value for participating startups.

Do I need a co-founder to apply?

Yes, we require that all teams have at least two co-founders. The best startups are built by strong, complementary teams who can scale beyond product development—meaning technical excellence should be matched with go-to-market execution.

Having a co-founder significantly improves a startup’s chances of success by distributing responsibilities, enabling faster execution, and making the business more investable.

If you don’t have a co-founder yet, we strongly recommend finding one before applying.

Do I need to be in Singapore for the program?

Yes, AI Disrupt is an in-person, high-intensity program designed for rapid execution and growth. Founders must be fully committed and physically present in Singapore for the entire 4-week duration from May 19 to June 13, 2025 because:

  • Face-to-face mentorship accelerates decision-making and provides deeper engagement with technical and business advisors.
  • Investor introductions and networking opportunities are best done in person, allowing you to build stronger relationships beyond virtual meetings.
  • Hands-on collaboration with other AI founders fosters knowledge-sharing, partnerships, and fast problem-solving in ways remote programs can’t match.

This immersive approach is what sets AI Disrupt apart—it’s about speed, access, and execution in a condensed, high-impact environment.

What perks do participating startups get?

Founders selected for AI Disrupt gain access to exclusive AI perks and technical resources to accelerate development. These include:

What happens after the program ends?

Your journey with Antler doesn’t stop after 4 weeks. AI Disrupt is designed as a long-term capital partnership, ensuring founders continue to benefit from our ecosystem even after the program ends:

  • Follow-on funding: You’ll have the opportunity to raise additional capital beyond the initial $400,000.
  • Investor access: You’ll be plugged into Antler's global network of top VCs and strategic investors keen to back AI-first startups.
  • Continued mentorship: Ongoing support from the Antler team and fellow founders in our network.
  • Community & resources: You’ll remain connected to an exclusive group of AI founders, gaining access to more tools, perks, and networking opportunities to help you scale.

Can I apply if I’ve already raised funding?

Yes, but startups should not be overfunded prior to completing the program. AI Disrupt is designed for early-stage teams (pre-seed to early traction) that will benefit from structured funding and program support.

If you’ve already raised capital, we’ll evaluate your application based on:

  • Whether you’re still at a stage where AI Disrupt can provide meaningful acceleration.
  • If your company’s valuation remains in line with early-stage investment principles.

If your startup has raised substantial funding or is already operating at a later stage, this program may not be the right fit.
