Antler TRINITY is a highly selective 3- week sprint for founders building in Deep Tech, AI, and Resilience — designed to compress months of iteration into 21 days and produce clear investment signal.

TRINITY takes place in Berlin, Germany, from
February 16 to March 06, 2026.

The TRINITY Deal

We invest €500K at the end of Week 3 into companies that make it through the IC.
No fees for participating in the sprint.

Here's how it works:

The investment consists of a €200K immediate commitment, split between €100K converting into 8.5% ownership at the company’s next equity round (with standard dilution if additional capital is raised prior) and €100K structured as an uncapped convertible note with MFN, converting on the same terms as the next round. In addition, Antler provides up to €300K in follow-on capital through our Agreement for Rolling Capital (ARC), which can be invested in the company’s next round within nine months on the same terms as external investors.
